Remote access may be required to provide support. The client grants ProFix IT permission to access systems for the purpose of troubleshooting and maintenance. ProFix IT will only access systems related to the requested support.
All prices are subject to change with notice.
ProFix IT builds and configures websites but does not control hosting platforms, domain providers, or email servers. We are not responsible for downtime, server outages, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
ProFix IT respects client privacy. All client information is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing services. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Outstanding invoices must be paid before services are fully discontinued.
ProFix IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or downtime beyond the scope of our support.
ProFix IT may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
